LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
URBANNEST is not responsible for lost 
or stolen packages confirmed as 
delivered by the carrier. Please contact 
your local post office or carrier for 
assistance.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please 
email us immediately at

- Photos of the damaged item
We will send a replacement or issue 
a full refund.
